1. Ice the cake with white buttercream.

2. Airbrush the bottom of the cake with Purple Premium Airbrush color.

3. Mix one batch of light blue and one batch of purple frosting using small amounts of Royal Blue and Violet Premium Gel Colors.

4. Use a #8 piping tip and light blue frosting to create a wavy bottom border and dots on the top of the cake.

5. Use a #104 piping tip and light purple frosting to make a wavy top border in between the dots.

6. Finish by applying Dec-Ons® decorations to the side of the cake.
