1. Fashion cake pops from cake scraps and buttercream, then pat into a sheet approximately 1.5” thick.

2. Use heart-shaped cutters to form pops. Chill thoroughly.

3. Dip the end of a jumbo popsicle stick into a bit of chocolate. Insert the stick halfway into the base of each pop--the melted chocolate will help the ball adhere to the stick. TIP: Use pink food color to dye jumbo popsicle sticks.

4. Repeat this step until all cake balls are fitted with sticks. Chill pops thoroughly in the refrigerator for easy handling.

5. When pops are chilled, melt enough tinted chocolate or candy melts to fill a medium bowl at least halfway. Dip each heart into the melted chocolate to cover. TIP: Use a scant amount of red and pink Premium Gel Colors to tint chocolate or candy melts.

6. When all pops are set, attach Dec-Ons® with a small dab of melted chocolate or icing.
