1. Freehand pipe dollops of melted chocolate or truffle onto the textured side of the transfer sheets. TIP: Use oil-based colors to tint chocolate, or use pre-colored candy melts. Allow décor to set up.

2. Fill dessert cups with scoops of commercially-prepared or homemade ice cream or sherbet.

2. Add one flavor indicator transfer decoration to each as a finishing touch.
