SKILL LEVEL: Easy

1. Ice the cake.

2. Wrap Chandelier Designer Prints™ around the side of the cake.

3. Use white icing to pipe a bottom and top border with a #104 tip.

4. Pipe a black border and black dots using a #5 tip.

5. Use a coupler and black icing to pipe a blob in the center of the cake.

6. Finish with bats from the Halloween Silhouette Assortment Dec-Ons® decorations and a White Skull Dec-Ons® decoration in the center of the black blob.
