Make easy, adorable, edible cupcake toppers with Dec-Ons® decorations!
1. At least one day ahead, make fondant clouds. Roll out White Vanilla Fondant (item #46755) and use cloud or other specialty cutters to cut shapes. Use white royal icing in a #5 round tip (Item #12753) to pipe cloud outlines as shown. Allow to dry overnight.
2. When you are ready to assemble the cupcakes, mix a batch of light blue icing using Lucks Blue Liquid Airbrush Color (Item #10158) mixed into a white icing base.
3. Ice cupcakes using a #809 large round tip (Item #46752), then smooth with a spatula.
4. Attach Hot Air Balloon Assortment Dec-Ons® decorations (Item #47117) to dried fondant clouds using buttercream or royal icing, and then apply one complete decoration to each cupcake.
