Royal Rebellion Cream Puffs

SKILL LEVEL: Easy/Moderate
1. Bake your favorite choux pastry formula and allow to cool thoroughly. Alternately, you may use cream puffs that have been commercially prepared.
2. Fill each shell with whipping or pastry cream.
3. Stack the cream puffs with melted caramelized sugar or use a Styrofoam form and pin each cream puff with a toothpick.
4. Mold chocolate into a gem mold and airbrush them in a variety of Shimmer Colors. Place the gems all over the tower.
5. Mimic the spun sugar ribbon with Gold Shimmer Ribbon.
