APPLICATION TIPS

  • Roses are easily nestled into fresh icing.
  • If applied to frozen cake, fondant or icing that has crusted, apply a dollop of icing to the back of the rose before applying.
  • When airbrushing, airbrush roses away from the cake before applying, to avoid overspray.

TIP: You can partly submerge the rose in sugar before airbrushing to control the amount of coverage on the rose.
