With a new look and more images, you can now check the homepage for a quick view of what's new, the latest lookbooks and featured collections to help you shop for timely events and holidays. Easily access our digital lookbooks and catalogs from the homepage or the Resource Center.


QUICK SHOP

Let's get you to your favorite products quickly! Our convenient Quick Shop feature is now available from ANY page of the website. Just head to the top right corner, click the gold Quick Shop button, and you'll be taken to the form to easily enter your favorite item numbers, quantity and proceed to cart. You'll have to be logged in to use the Quick Shop feature, so it will prompt for your user id and password before taking you to the form.



USING 'MY LUCKS' FEATURES

As soon as you create an account with Lucks, you have access to the My Lucks features! That means you can save favorite decorating ideas to reference later, save products into organized lists, keep track of your invoices and past orders, plus save orders to repeat later. Take a look at all the features available to you to learn how to make lucks.com a convenient tool for you!

WILL I NEED TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT?

Your existing Lucks account will stay exactly the same! You'll use the same username and password as you always have. If you still don't have an account, you can sign up for one here.


WHERE DID QUICK SHOP GO?

It's still there! You can now find the Quick Shop form in the upper right, right next to the log in button. Now it's even easier to access from any page. Plus, you can now click the Quick Shop button to log in and then shop, all in one place.


WILL I STILL HAVE ACCESS TO MY ORDER HISTORY, INVOICES AND SAVED ORDERS?

Yes! All your past orders are still accessible in the My Lucks section. Just log in and navigate to the same Orders page, in the main navigation bar under My Lucks. Look up past orders by order number, or use the drop down window to sort by date ranges. Invoices, saved orders and credit card information will all stay the same, too, in their respective pages under My Lucks.


WILL I LOSE ITEMS IN MY WISHLIST OR MY IDEAS?

Again, all your info stays the same! Your existing wishlists are in the same spot, but now called My Lists.


IF I HAD ITEMS IN MY SHOPPING CART BEFORE THE TRANSITION, WILL THEY STILL BE IN MY CART AFTER?

Yes, they'll still be available! The new website won't effect your shopping history or cart.


CAN I STILL ACCESS THE CATALOGS OR LOOKBOOKS ONLINE?

Of course, and they're easier to find. Catalogs and Lookbooks are always available to view under the Resource Center. Plus, any time you visit the homepage you'll have quick access to the most recent publication!


CAN I STILL ORDER THE CATALOG FROM LUCKS.COM?

For 2017, we did not have a printed catalog. To request a catalog, fill out the contact form and we'll either email you copies of the digital lookbooks, or we can mail you the 2016 catalog. All catalogs and lookbooks are available to view online here. Stay tuned... we'll announce our 2018 catalog plans soon!


WILL I STILL RECEIVE EMAILS FROM LUCKS?

Yes, if you've signed up for our newsletter you will still be on the list to receive our inspiration, announcements and decorating ideas! You can sign up for our newsletter with the gold button at the top of each web page, or fill out this form here.
