SIZE: Other (parfaits)

1. Prepare scratch or commercially prepared parfaits

2. Temper milk chocolate or melt candy melts and spread it over a 2” tall strip of the Sweet Life Autumn transfer sheet. Let the chocolate partially set until it is set to the touch but still soft.

3. Take a sharp knife and cut triangle into the strip. Refrigerate until firm.

4. Finally, remove the chocolate from the transfer sheet and place 2 triangles onto each parfait.
