Best Day Ever Wedding Cake
SIZE: 9”, 8” and 6” round tiers
SKILL LEVEL: Easy
1. Frost each tier in white buttercream.
2. Airbrush the bottom tier with a mix of Classic Gold and Gold Shimmer Airbrush color.
3. Apply Designer Prints® decorations and Edible Image® design on the tiers as shown.
4. Assemble the tiers.
5. Roll out Black Fondant to a thin, even sheet and cut strips about 1" thick. Apply strips to cake tiers as shown. For the middle tier, cut ribbons about 1/2" thick.
6. Use a mix of Classic Gold and Gold shimmer airbrush to paint the outside edge of the gum paste flowers before placing them on the cake.
