SIZE: 10”, 8” and 6” round tiers

1. Ice and assemble tiers.

2. Apply bunting strips around the sides of every tier.

3. Use white icing in a #112 tip to pipe ruffled borders around the base of each tier, as well as a border around the top of the top tier.

4. Finish with Dec-Ons® decorations attached to the cake with dabs of icing, as shown.
