Carnival Confetti Stacked Cake
SIZE: 6” three-layer and 4” two-layer round tiers
SKILL LEVEL: Easy
1. Ice tiers and apply non-pareils before icing crusts.
2. Assemble the tiers.
3. Mix a small batch of red icing and use a #70 tip to pipe a ruffled border around the base of the bottom tier.
4. Finish with an arrangement of royal icing roses, as shown.
