SKILL LEVEL: Easy
1. Mix a batch of blue icing.
2. Ice the cake, combing the sides if desired.
3. Apply one Edible Image® decoration to the top of the cake.
4. Apply Designer Prints™ strips to the sides of the cake.
5. Use white icing in a #104 tip to pipe a zigzag top border, as well as vertical zigzags between Designer Prints™ strips.
6. Use blue icing in a #10 tip to pipe a beaded bottom border.
7. Lightly sprinkle quins Mix around the top border, as shown.
