Size: 12” Cheesecake
Skill level: Easy
1. Cut cheesecake into 8 slices and chill until firm.
2. Insert a large popsicle stick into each cheesecake slice.
3. Tint white chocolate ganache in different colors. Bring ganache to a temperature of pourable consistency and pour colored ganache over top of cheesecake slices, letting ganache drip down the sides of each piece.
4. When ganache is slightly set, top each piece with a Tropical Drinks Asst. Dec-Ons® decoration.
