Classic Dot Wedding Cake
SIZE: 10”, 8” and 6” round tiers
SKILL LEVEL: Easy
1. Frost each tier with white buttercream.
2. Assemble the tiers.
3. Roll out Black fondant to a thin, even sheet and cut strips about 1" thick. Apply strips to cake tiers as shown.
4. Apply the Designer Prints® decorations to the top and bottom tiers.
5. Attach a black Sweet Shapes® plaque to the middle tier. Use a #3 tip to pipe an inscription on the plaque.
6. Place a gum paste flower in between the top and middle tier.
