Dia de los Muertos Tiered Cake
SIZE: 8”, 7”and 6” round tears
SKILL LEVEL: Easy/moderate
1. Mix batch of teal buttercream frosting using Teal Green Premium Gel Color.
2. Frost each cake with teal frosting.
3. Assemble the tiers.
4. Apply Dec-Ons® decorations around the side of the cake. Add a gum paste sugar skull in the center of the cake.
5. Use a #4 tip and teal frosting to pipe swirls around the cake.
6. Pipe bottom borders on each tier using a #8 tip and teal frosting.
