Easter Petit Fours

SKILL LEVEL: EASY/MODERATE
1. Assemble and cut square petit fours.
2. Melt white ganache in a microwave safe bowl and heating in 15 second intervals until smooth. Once you reach desired consistency, mix batches of melted ganache using Lemon Yellow, Princess Pink, Sky Blue, and Neon Bright Orange Premium Gel Colors.
3. Cover each petit four with the melted ganache and let sit.
4. Attach Dec- Ons® decorations with a small dot of icing.
