Decadent cream cheese icing tops these delicious Hummingbird cupcakes!

1.    Pipe a mound of icing on each cupcake using the open end of a Plastic Coupler (Item #11024).

2.    Starting at the base and working upward, pipe rings of ruffles around each icing mound using a #104 petal tip (Item #11046).

3.    Finish with Small Flower Assortment Dec-Ons® decorations (Item #43722).
