Fresh Flowers Variety Cakes
SIZE: 1/4 sheet, 8” round, and 6” round
SKILL LEVEL: Easy/Moderate
1. Mix batches of mauve, light blue, and light olive green icings using Premium Gel Colors. TIP: For mauve, mix a scant amount of Red Red and Purple together into icing.
2. Fill, assemble and ice all cakes, applying Edible Image® Decorations to each, as shown.
3. Use each of the three icing colors in #22 star tips to pipe bottom borders on each cake.
4. Use white icing in a #5 round tip to pipe a variety of subtle top borders, as shown.
