SKILL LEVEL: Easy
1. Melt a small amount of milk chocolate or candy coating using your preferred method.
2. Apply a drop or two of milk chocolate into each cavity of your chocolate cup candy mold, and use a food-safe paint brush to loosely swirl the drops around. This will create a wood ring effect for your “stumps.”
3. Melt dark chocolate, pour into molds and gently tamp to settle. Let cool and unmold.
4. Attach royal icing decorations with a small dab of icing or melted chocolate.
