Rethink the traditional cupcake using your favorite butter cake or soft cookie recipe with ice cream!

1. Arrange paper liners in a cupcake or muffin tin.

2. Cut cake into ½”-thick slices, and then use the 2-inch cutter from the Plain Round Cutter Set (Item #9784) to cut discs from the slices, reserving scraps for another use (cake pops!). Place cake discs cupcake liners. TIP: Alternately, you may use a soft batch cookie as the base.

3. Top each cake disc or cookie with a scoop of ice cream and add a whipped cream garnish.

4. Add Serendipity Assortment Dec-Ons® decorations (Item #46575) as a finishing touch.
