Jubilee Hibiscus Cups

- Melt white truffle chocolate or commercial truffle mix, tint with a scant amount of green gel color, and dip the tops of each cupcake to cover.
- Mix a batch of peach-colored icing (50/50 pink and orange) and use in a #827 large star tip to pipe a medium dollop on each cupcake.
- Finish with Dec-Ons® decorations nestled into the icing.
