Red Birthday Plaque Cake

Even cakes without room for inscription can have a happy birthday messages with our new Sweet Shapes® fondant!
1. Ice the cake with fudge icing and comb the side.
2. Pipe a ring around the top edge of the cake with a #789 cake icer.
3. Spread ganache in the center of the ring and swirl it with an offset spatula.
4. Using a #822 star tip, pipe rosettes around the top ring and add chocolate shavings.
5. Using a #32 open star tip, pipe a bottom border to your cake.
6. Finish by propping a plaque from the Red Birthday Variety Sweet Shapes® fondant with a dollop of icing.
