Rose Quartz Rosette Cake

SKILL LEVEL: Easy
1. Mix a batch of Pantone Rose Quartz icing by combining 4 cups white icing, 2 drops Red Red, 14 toothpick pricks Royal Blue and 14 toothpick pricks Lemon Yellow gel colors.
2. Base ice the cake with the Rose Quartz icing.
3. Use a #22 star tip to pipe rosettes around the entire cake, as shown.
