Teal Quatrefoil Torte

SKILL LEVEL: Easy
1. Ice the cake in white icing.
2. Gently peel the Teal Quatrefoil Sweet Shapes® strip from the backing sheet.
3. Carefully adhere the strip to the side of the cake aligning each strip end-to-end with the previous strip so the design wraps all around the cake.
4. Pipe a bottom border using a #4 rounded tip.
5. Pipe a top border using the flat side of a #895 basket tip slowly making an up and down motion to make a ruffle.
6. Pick your favorite seasonal fruit and place it in the center of the cake
