1. Mix green and pink (using a scant amount of red color) icings using gel colors.

2. Ice the cake in white.

3. Affix image to the top of the cake, as shown.

4. Attach strips around the sides of the cake. 

5. Pipe a wavy top border using white icing in a #70 tip.

6. Pipe a double beaded bottom border using white and green in #8 tips.

7. Pipe an inscription using pink in a #3 tip.
