Returns and Exchanges

To ensure food safety, Lucks Food Decorating Company does not accept returns of edible products except in the case of quality defects.
If you have a quality issue, damaged product or mis-shipment, please call 800-806-2595 within 10 days of shipment receipt.

Order and Payment

Lucks serves the food industry including independent retail bakeries, in-store bakeries, retail bakery chains, donut shops, ice cream/yogurt stores, caterers, retail candy stores, food service operators, mass merchandisers, club stores, and restaurants. We sell either direct or through distributors. To become a customer or get set up to order online, simply fill out and submit a customer enrollment form.

All non-licensed products are available around the world. We have distributors in many countries. If there is not a distributor in your area, contact Lucks customer service for more information at 1-800-806-2595 or 253-383-4815. Our full line, including licensed products, are available in the United States and U.S. territories and possessions.

Shipping Information

All orders must be shipped to a physical address. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Orders usually ship the next business day and may take up to 5 business days for delivery. If you need your order sooner, you may expedite it for an additional charge.

• All orders are typically shipped the next business day after you place your order; delivered via FedEx Ground.
• Same day shipping is available for an additional $7.00, for both standard delivery and expedited service.
• Orders over $75 receive pre-paid shipping (no shipping cost to the customer!) within the continental U.S and most of Canada (excludes distributor orders and custom sales). For orders to Canada, duties and broker fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.
• Orders under $75 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $7.00.
• Orders over 150 lbs. may be shipped by our choice of Common Carrier within five business days of receipt of order. Orders for larger volumes may take longer to process.
• FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day is available to customers for an additional charge.
